Sero Khanzadyan House-museum
In 2008, the Goris house of Armenian writer, novelist Sero Khanzadyan became a house-museum named after him.
It is in this house that Sero Khanzadyan has lived and created since 1970s. In the exhibition of the museum, there are personal items of the writer, exhibits that fully represent and tell the life style and everyday life of the period when Sero Khanzadyan lived. The museum fund was greatly enriched as a result of the writer's son's donation.
This is how Sero Khanzadyan tells about his house.
"I built my house on a hill of our fortress. For that, I used the stones of our collapsed arches and walls, on which the traces of centuries still remain. I built it in the style and form of our headquarters, weaving a dome on it with the rhyme of our Red Chapel..."
